The Senior Business Analyst will support CJDD product initiatives and participate in various working groups. They are expected to collaborate closely with technical teams, delivery managers, business sponsors, and subject matter experts. The resource will be accountable for applying technical proficiency across multiple stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and design. They will play an important role in creating high‑level design artifacts, leading validation for all types of testing, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
