Responsibilities
Support the Business Intelligence and Business Analytics technical infrastructure and ensure it is available during this critical period
Design and implement solutions for automating the monitoring of the production servers as to allow quick intervention from the technical team
Ensure that systems are upgraded as requested by the vendors and that all vulnerabilities are promptly addressed
Support the quick deployment of new/upgraded solutions as required by the development team
Work closely with architects and developers as to ensure that the applications deployed in production are secure and optimized for the available infrastructure
Document the various procedures and best practices as to ensure that proper knowledge transfer is done to the permanent technical support
