Responsibilities/Assignment Deliverables:
Collaborate with new vendor solution, project teams, solution architects, ITS, LTC IAST staff and third parties engaged to facilitate agreement on and acceptance of the solution for any technical issues or enhancements.
Provide technical support coordination for QA and UAT testing, including engagement of existing support teams.
Provide support for cloud pipeline configuration, management, and deployment support.
Contribute to the completion of deliverables (such as, solution concept document, infrastructure build, and requirements document) for solution support and Maintenance activities.
Lead the completion of the desktop package certification and installation.
