Qualifications
At least 10 years of solution architecture experience in a leadership capacity, gained in a complex technological environment, paired with post‑secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Math (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Demonstrated hands‑on knowledge in solution architecture design and system integration, including but not limited to specification, configuration, and implementation.
Knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform (Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, etc.) and related solutions.
Knowledge and experience in industry popular web platforms and frameworks.
Knowledge and experience in integration design through middleware/API.
