Window Cleaner- (Rope Access Technician)

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Rope Access Technician is responsible for performing critical exterior building maintenance functions on high-rise buildings and other high structures. Common tasks include exterior structural inspections, glazing functions such as removal and replacement of caulking, window cleaning, and high-angle painting. Because of the inherent risks of the work, technicians must have recognized training, must conduct regular safety and quality worksite inspections, and must adhere to all company and legislated health & safety requirements. Technicians are expected to represent Aurum professionally at the clients' sites.

Hourly Rate: $30/hr
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
