Responsible for engaging guests in a variety of global spa rituals, performing treatments, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience while supporting the Rituals Program. Reports directly to the Rituals Manager.
What You’ll Do
Participate in the creation of new rituals and integrate treatments from all over the world into the spa experience.
Provide impeccable customer service in accordance with brand standards.
Perform daily rituals and treatments for guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
Engage in continuous training and development.
Follow daily processes and rituals.
Participate in organized events, seminars, and workshops at the spa.
Assist with opening and closing activities, maintaining cleanliness and safety of premises.
