Aon (Radford McLagan) is currently recruiting a Data Solutions Director to lead the Life Sciences Data Solutions team to drive growth for our UK Life Sciences segment, with a primary focus on our Radford McLagan Compensation Database (RMCD).

This is a strategic growth role, responsible for data coverage, commercial expansion, and data-led consulting for the UK Life Sciences sector. The successful candidate will lead our efforts to deepen market penetration, expand RMCD’s relevance and usage, and build a vibrant client community through trends, insights and thought leadership.
