Description Robert Half is partnering with a growing healthcare organization seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support and maintain the organization’s chargemaster (CDM) and ensure accurate charge capture, billing compliance, and reimbursement optimization. This is a hands-on, mid-level role ideal for someone with strong revenue cycle knowledge and direct chargemaster experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and update the chargemaster (CDM), including pricing, coding alignment, and regulatory compliance
+ Review and validate charge capture processes to ensure accurate and complete billing
+ Collaborate with clinical departments, coding, and billing teams to resolve discrepancies
+ Conduct revenue integrity audits and identify opportunities to improve reimbursement and reduce leakage
+ Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, payer guidelines, and CMS regulations
