Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer and direct calls in a professional manner
• Responsible for keeping front end of the store clean and organized
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
• Receive and process payments
• Operate and maintain the sales operating system
• Perform quick and efficient transactions
• Provide administrative support to accounting
• Ship and receive parcels from couriers
• Order and receive parts and chemicals
• Invoicing
