**Essential Functions**

+ Perform high quality water mitigation services
+ Water extraction
+ Perform demolition tasks
+ Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged
+ Place and monitor drying equipment
+ Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques
+ Set up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures
+ Establish containment, decontaminate, set up and monitor remediation equipment
+ Perform job cleanup and breakdown
+ Effectively lead a work crew, coach, and train technicians

**Experience and Skill Requirements**

+ IICRC certification
+ Experience in water mitigation
