Governance and Performance Lead – A220 Programme

We are looking for a Governance and Performance Lead to join our Program Configuration Management team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), working at the heart of the Configuration Change Process within the A220 commercial aircraft programme.

The programme is headquartered in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, part of the greater Montreal area.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly Configuration Change Decision Boards, setting agendas, ensuring readiness and quality of presentations, managing meetings and driving actions.
• Assist and guide the Configuration Change Board chairman in preparing boards, ensuring all topics are ready and mature for decision.
• Control the timely delivery of improvement actions.
