Job Overview

The Transport Respiratory Therapist will be responsible to provide advanced respiratory treatment to complex/critical patients in unpredictable environments encountered in a wide variety of health care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory treatment to complex/critical patients
• Perform advanced skill procedures learned through specialized training under the direction of the Transport Physician
• Transportation and care of patients will occur via air or ground transport

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in a critical care environment
• Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care required
• Respiratory Therapy diploma (RT)
• Completion of the Neonatal Transport Training Course
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
