This role acts as a brand ambassador by providing an engaging and memorable experience from the time a resident’s lease application is approved to when the resident moves out.

• Manage concierge style services for residents.
• Monitor move‑in dates and ensure that all suites meet our 100% Perfect Guarantee.
• Communicate with future residents in advance to facilitate a stress‑free move‑in.
