Support lawyers with residential real estate transactions
Conduct Land Titles, tax, and PPR searches
Prepare and review purchase, mortgage, and related real estate documents
Register and discharge Land Titles documents
Manage trust funds related to transactions
Draft correspondence and legal documents with minimal supervision
