Residential Portfolio Manager

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Resident Services, the Residential Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, administration, and resident relations of assigned properties. This role involves managing a team of Resident Services Coordinators/Property Administrators, ensuring properties operate efficiently and within budget while maintaining high resident satisfaction. The Residential Portfolio Manager works closely with Head Office staff and the Building Services team to ensure properties are well maintained and meet all operational standards.
