WM is seeking a Class 3 Residential Spareboard Driver for our Castlegar location. Enjoy a flexible schedule while safely operating heavy-duty trucks in various environments.
This position is unionized and offers a pay rate of $29.84 per hour, with shifts starting at 5:30 am. You'll be responsible for vehicle inspections, safety compliance, and maintaining a clean record during the service process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive heavy-duty vehicles in accordance with safety regulations
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Notify Route Managers of any service issues or accidents
• Ensure customer sites are left clean and organized
• Collaborate with Route Managers to enhance route performance
Requirements:
• At least 1 year operating Class 3 vehicles
• Current DZ or Class 3 driving license required
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• Age minimum of 18 years
