Role: Lead Research & Technology (R&T) program management activities for the Landing & Integration division in Toronto, driving technology maturation and innovation in alignment with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex R&T programs from early research to maturity (TRL progression).
Manage cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Quality).
Ensure delivery on cost, schedule, and performance.
Contribute to technology roadmap and identify emerging trends and weak signals.
Drive open innovation through external partnerships (startups, suppliers, academia).
Represent the company in conferences and innovation ecosystems.
Promote AI awareness and integration into R&T activities.
Actively represent Safran in the Ontario and Canadian R&T funding ecosystems.
