The Research Associate for the Niitsitapi pod is expected to:
Lead the Niitsitapi pod language project, ensuring key milestones are met and supporting and advising the students who are operationalizing the activities.
Manage and coordinate other Niitsitapi pod research activities, including:
Planning and coordinating research mobilization activities, including (for example) contributions to research publications and presentations.
Hiring and training core pod positions, including onboarding new pod members.
Supervise research assistants and researchers in residence, and other pod employees as appropriate.
Organize and chair pod meetings.
