Month-end close & IFRS reporting: journals, accruals, reconciliations, reporting packs Inventory accounting (core): valuation, GRNI, landed cost allocation, provisions, stock recons, variance control Statutory compliance: monthly submissions + direct engagement with ZRA / NHIMA / NAPSA Working capital support: cash flow, debtors, margin insights, budgeting/forecasting ERP data integrity (Zambia + DRC): accuracy, completeness, audit trail, fixing upstream process gaps Team review: quality control and support to junior finance staff Requirements Degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent) 35+ years in FMCG/manufacturing/distribution (strongly preferred) Professional qualification (preferred): ZICA, ACCA or CIMA Strong IFRS + Zambian statutory/tax compliance knowledge Confident communicator with statutory bodies; proven ability to deliver timely submissions (ZRA, NHIMA, NAPSA) Excellent reconciliations (GL, balance sheet, GRNI, inventory)
