Key Responsibilities: * Monitor food & beverage costs and inventory movement * Conduct stock audits and variance analysis * Prepare cost reports and recommendations * Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and operations teams * Manage POS/ERP system entries and support menu engineering analysis * Ensure proper costing procedures and cost efficiency Requirements Requirements: * Proven experience as a Cost Controller in F&B or Hospitality * Strong knowledge of inventory, costing, and stock control * Experience working with ERP systems, menu engineering, and cost optimization strategies * Excellent analytical and reporting skills * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and costing systems * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Valid Qatar Driving License MBA/ PGDM
