Information gathering and registering: Obtain specific information from a traffic citation and input it into the computer system. Obtain specific information regarding a member’s past driving record and enter it into the computer system.
Providing instructions and requirements to members: Relay laws and procedures members must follow for a traffic citation to be handled accordingly. Instruct members of any paperwork needed to work the case and input these instructions into the computer system.
Membership updating: Complete various forms of paperwork including membership changes and request for driving records. Precisely note member files in the computer system.
Attendance and Team Lead requirements: Perform other duties as assigned by team lead as needed. Maintain proper records of attendance in the system and adhere to schedule shift. Report to Team Lead
