About This Opportunity

The Repair Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Manager, Repair. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in daily business of the repair shop which includes general administrative tasks, such as printing service technicians trip sheets, advising service technicians of address changes, contact numbers, etc. Coordinate the efficient operation of the office by maintaining general files, manuals and performing all other relevant duties for the Manager.

Responsible for printing Service Repair Forms and Customer Repair Forms and ensuring they are scheduled for repairs and ordering the necessary materials. Conducts basic research for management; compiles, analyzes, and summarizes information for reports and correspondence. Assures that all assigned projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner and follow-up is done on all administrative duties.
