JOB TITLE : Rep Services Representative - Champ Jewelry
Responsibilities
Handle all phone and written communications with field sales reps concerning account set-up (new accounts and product offerings) and maintenance as well as day-to-day activities including warranty issues. Also provides sales training as necessary.
Interface with manufacturing plants and other support groups to resolve work‑in‑process issues and customer inquiries.
Gather and disperse information to sales force, sales management and plants on orders, repairs, and delivery events.
Communicate special handling of orders and accounts to office and plant personnel. Includes monitoring of sales reservation system.
Team participation and responsibilities including cross‑functional coverage.
Interact with Product and Marketing Specialists to ensure the best solution for the customer’s needs.
