About This Opportunity

Lead rental operations effectively as a dedicated Co-ordinator. Manage staff, negotiate leases, and ensure smooth maintenance operations at the physical property location.

You will be responsible for the overall coordination of rental property operations. This includes hiring and supervising rental agents, ensuring adherence to lease agreements, and managing maintenance tasks efficiently. Your role extends to compiling financial records and preparing comprehensive reports to reflect the health of property operations.
