Job Overview: The Lifestyle Rental Assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting the Lifestyle Rental Consultants and Lifestyle Rental Supervisor with professionally completing follow-ups with prospective tenants for the ultimate purpose of renting suites.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for incoming leasing phone calls and emails.
Assist with showing units to prospective tenants.
Assist with checking credit references and other application processing.
Ensure customer service satisfaction, conduct customer service calls following tenant move ins.
