About This Opportunity

Responsibilities
  • Achieves quota by selling license/product renewal by phone and email, may offer upsell opportunities when applicable.
  • Provides product renewal date and pricing details to the customer in advance to ensure timely renewal.
  • Works within an established customer and territory.
  • Identifies lead generation opportunities to expand territory and drive upsells.
  • Analyzes customer feedback to capture customer product expectations, experience, satisfaction and abandonment propensity in the CRM system.
  • Provides accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Builds and maintains a positive relationship with customers.
  • Works with other teams such as Sales Operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of a CRM system
