This role is a one-year contract in support of the People function, reporting directly to the Director of People Operations. You'll manage employee data in BambooHR, execute payroll processes, and oversee onboarding/offboarding while implementing AI tools for improved efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy of employee data in HR systems
• Coordinate payroll processing across regions
• Implement onboarding and exit procedures for staff
• Administer job postings and candidate management in ATS
• Generate reports for HR metrics and analytics
Requirements:
• 6-10 years of experience in HR or People Operations
