Kraken is seeking a dedicated leader for its Kraken Pro team in Colombia. You will be responsible for trading and markets across spot & futures and will lead a distributed team of engineers. Your mission will involve driving the design and delivery of high-quality user experiences while mentoring your team.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in software engineering, strong knowledge of TypeScript and React, and a passion for creating excellent user experiences in a fast-paced environment.
