About The Role

This 100% remote Accounting Assistant role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented bilingual professionals supporting clients from Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions and prepare balance sheets
• Track and reconcile bank statements
• Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs) and process tax payments
• Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed
• Other similar or related tasks
