St. Marys Cement, part of Votorantim Cimentos North America (VCNA), seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead reliability and maintenance activities at our St. Marys, Ontario plant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Drive reliability improvements in the plant to achieve world‑class MTBF results.
Direct, supervise, and assign duties to the Predictive Maintenance Supervisor and Selective Inspection Technician; participate in the rotating on‑call list shared with other salary maintenance positions.
Update existing plant maintenance and preventative maintenance systems; troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine root cause(s) and develop corrective action plans to improve reliability.
Create weekly and monthly plant equipment condition status reports.
Evaluate cost‑reduction opportunities.
