We seek a Reliability Advisor to join our clients Quebec Operations asset management team in Sorel-Tracy (45 minutes from Montreal). This key role involves supporting operational units in maintaining and enhancing reliability, ensuring the health and safety of our team members, and contributing to the achievement of corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the development and updating of maintenance strategies and tactics for operational sectors based on group and industry best practices
• Provide leadership and support in implementing reliability processes and coach resources to build capacity by aiding teams in improvement efforts
