This role ensures client leadership teams feel informed, supported, and connected to the organization’s mission and solutions. You will act as a trusted liaison between internal stakeholders and the C-suite, helping drive customer satisfaction, renewal outcomes, and long-term strategic value. The position requires a blend of executive presence, business acumen, and proactive engagement to keep clients engaged and confident in the services delivered.
