We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Manager of Business Development Relationship to lead and scale our partnership ecosystem across the payments landscape.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute partnership strategies across banks, PSPs, aggregators, QRIS, VA providers, acquirers, POS/SaaS, and platform partners.
Lead end-to-end partner management including sourcing, onboarding, negotiations, and commercial structuring.
Own partner and vendor governance covering contracts, pricing, MDR, revenue share, and performance management.
Establish partner scorecards and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure successful integrations and execution.
Lead strategic commercial negotiations including pricing models, settlement structures, exclusivity, and joint initiatives.
