About the Role

With a passion for care towards residents, families and team members, the Rehabilitation Aide is accountable for collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team and residents to promote an interdisciplinary approach to resident care, aid and assist service excellence, program development, implementation, coordination and ongoing evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Promote resident‑centered care by planning, organizing and implementing resident‑focused activities for the Young Adults program; collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team and community agencies to support resident needs.
• Respect and promote residents’ rights, individuality and holistic needs; provide services as indicated by therapy assessments and resident goals, and inform therapists of changes.
