Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Regulatory Compliance team, including training and mentoring.
Oversee daily regulatory activities and key projects to ensure online Sportsbook and Casino operations comply with jurisdictional requirements.
Implement and maintain compliance control systems, partnering with Sportsbook, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to mitigate risk.
Develop and regularly update regulatory policies and operational procedures.
Act as primary liaison with regulatory authorities and integrity monitoring partners.
Oversee regulatory reporting, audits, responses, and remediation plans.
