Perform detailed inspection of all phases of construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, standards, and regulations
Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout all stages of construction, including daily job diaries, field notes, site photos, progress reports, and final measurement records to support contract payments, project close‑out, and as‑constructed submissions
