The Registration Clerk is responsible for customer registration and administrative follow-up of sales activities within the collection center. The role ensures customer data accuracy, payment verification, and proper product traceability.
Key Responsibilities + Register prospects as customers in the designated system. + Assign cookstoves with specific serial numbers to registered customers. + Confirm payments made through Mobile Money or bank transactions. + Ensure that for every registered sale, a product photo and QR code are properly captured and recorded. + Report all difficulties, issues, or incidents to the Collection Center Supervisor. + Prepare and submit daily reports on customer registrations and completed sales. + Maintain proper organization of registration data and documentation. + Ensure compliance with internal procedures related to product management and traceability.
