When you come to work at our Seniors Living villages, you are coming into a Resident’s home. Your feedback and input is used to improve our daily practices, and your energy goes a long way to putting smiles on our Residents’ faces. • Worked with a multidisciplinary team comprising of dietary personnel, Nurse Practitioners, Doctors, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, among others to help assess the new Resident
• Lead the PSW team in providing care to your Residents
• Take a Resident’s glucose reading during meal time, directing PSWs to help queue Residents and support them during meal time
• Distributing medication to Residents and taking vitals
• Talk with Resident and their families regarding care plans
• Update care plans every 6 month or whenever there is a change in the resident condition
