Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

Contract: Temporary line - 5 shifts of 7.5 hours every two weeks. Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Expected end date: December 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned, patient‑oriented, goal‑directed nursing care in accordance with provincial standards of care.
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary team members through continuous communication.
• Implement and evaluate care plans, making changes as required to improve resident outcomes.
• Complete and maintain accurate resident clinical care assessments, care plans, and documentation.
• Teach, delegate, and direct unregulated care providers, offering coaching and mentorship.
