RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead for the Responsive Behaviours Program
Coordinate the BSO interdisciplinary team meetings and rounds, working collaboratively with social work, pharmacy and physicians
Participate actively with the Professional Advisory Committee, Medical Advisory Committee, Quality Committee and other teams as required
Use best practices for dementia, delirium, depression and other mental health issues to coordinate training and support for staff, residents, families and volunteers in managing responsive behaviours
Complete all required reports and statistics for the home, CELHIN and MOHLTC
Contribute to annual quality protocols and program evaluations
