Do you have a passion for critical care nursing in a mentorship/teaching capacity? Eagle Ridge Hospital (ERH) has an exciting opportunity for you as a critical care outreach nurse which will be based out of Emergency and supporting the in‑patient units. We are currently looking to fill a Full Time opportunity for an Outreach Nurse at Eagle Ridge Hospital located in Port Moody, BC. This multidisciplinary team responds to calls from in‑patient ward staff within the hospital for critically ill patients. The goal is to work with primary care teams to recognize early signs of clinical deterioration and intervene quickly as well as facilitate in the transportation for those patients requiring a higher level of care.
