Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Science Intensive Care

Location: St. Boniface Hospital, Winnipeg

Salary: $42,985 – $52,732 (annual base hours 2015)

Position Overview

Under the general supervision of the Manager Health Services, the Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional registered nursing services for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs. Responsibilities include independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, leadership within the health care team, and coordination of patient care and discharge.

Qualifications and Skills

• Post‑graduate course in ICU Nursing or equivalent ICU experience
• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program
• Current CRNM registration
