Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Intensive Care Unit will have the following job responsibilities:
The Clinical Manager will work under the supervision of the Nursing Director following the American Nurses Association (ANA) standards of practice and Code of Ethics.
Responsible for coordinating and overseeing care of patients of a variety of ages and both genders as appropriate to the provision of care.
Assists in the development and evaluation of personnel and maintains all operational aspects of the assigned areas on a twenty-four hour bases in collaboration with Nursing Director, physicians and nursing administration.
