Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with care providers on resident care plans
• Direct and supervise nursing and personal care staff
• Evaluate team performance regularly

Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Nurse with the provincial college
• Proven leadership experience in a nursing setting
• Availability for night and evening shifts
