Hello there! I’m Tracy Chamberlin, the new Patient Care Manager at St. Joseph’s Health Centre Emergency Department (ED). I’m excited to invite you to join our dynamic team as we build a strong foundation for exceptional patient care.

St. Joseph’s Health Centre is one of the largest community ED hospitals in the Greater Toronto Area, nestled in a vibrant and diverse neighbourhood near Lake Ontario and High Park. Our facility is dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to our community, and we are proud to be a Catholic teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Toronto.

Our ED is expanding, and I’m thrilled to announce the opening of our new geriatric zone, alongside our specialised pediatric zone.
