You will provide client and family focused care, employ critical thinking to plan, assess, implement and evaluate client‑centered care, and demonstrate strong communication skills to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships. You will work independently, providing continuity, leadership, direction, supervision, mentoring, constructive feedback, and client care coordination to other professionals and unregulated staff.
