The Regional Sales Director plays a key role in growing our brand, fostering our company culture and creating a unique and memorable shopping experience for Bath & Body Works consumers. Regional Sales Directors lead, mentor, implement and support the Bath & Body Works enterprise vision, ensuring teams are delivering results and holding their teams accountable.

Lead a “consumer obsessed” culture both internally and externally.
Consistently articulate and assess execution of brand strategy, values, and vision across all districts to ensure alignment within the region.
