This role integrates portfolio performance, tenant experience, and asset maintenance, ensuring sites meet KPI targets, comply with safety and legislative requirements, and deliver reliable, cost-effective maintenance. The Regional Manager builds high-performing Area Manager and Maintenance Team Lead cohorts, drives accountability, and cultivates a culture of inclusion, safety, and continuous improvement.
