We are currently seeking a Regional Manager, Planning & Advice to join our team. The Regional Manager, Planning & Advice provides leadership, coaching, and direction to the Financial Planner team within an assigned division, with accountability for business development, portfolio and relationship growth, advice quality, regulatory compliance, and disciplined expense management. This role drives a consistent sales and service culture through collaboration across member offers, focusing on acquiring new business and deepening existing relationships. The Regional Manager ensures delivery of holistic, four‑quadrant advice—banking, borrowing, protection, and investing—so every member plan reflects a complete financial picture and improves member outcomes while growing Funds Under Administration, net sales, and contributions.
