The HR Manager will support to the Regional CEO in helping to drive a high-performance culture.
Remit of the role covers recruitment, training, employee relations, and strategic and operational employment advice.
The HR Manager will have significant influence and impact on the success of the business and play a key role in driving a performance-based culture that has the ability to change and adapt as the business environment and competitive landscape changes.
